By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Service, you confirm that:

You may use CareerZenith only if:

• You provide accurate and current information in your account and profile.
• If under 18, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

CareerZenith provides AI-powered career tools and guidance, including:

• Resume analysis, feedback, and improvement
• ATS-readiness insights and content suggestions
• Career planning guidance and support

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised

You may not:

• Share your account with others
• Use another person’s account without authorization

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Data.

6.2 License Grant

By uploading content, you grant CareerZenith a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Process, analyze, and display your content in connection with the Service
• Use anonymized data to improve product functionality

6.3 Restrictions

CareerZenith does not sell your identifiable data to third parties.

• AI Content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding which outputs to use.
• CareerZenith disclaims responsibility for any decisions or outcomes resulting from AI Content.

• The Service may include free and paid subscriptions or features.
• We may change pricing, features, or access limits at any time.
• Unless explicitly stated, all payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, maliciously, or to harm others
• Upload misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• Misrepresent CareerZenith or imply endorsements not authorized

Violations may lead to suspension or termination of access.

All Service content, including design, UI, text, images, software, and AI systems, is owned by CareerZenith or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

• We aim to provide reliable Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Features may change, be updated, or removed at our discretion.
• Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

CareerZenith may suspend or terminate access:

• If you violate these Terms
• To protect platform integrity or security

You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". CareerZenith makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of suggestions or AI Content
• Job outcomes or placement success
• Compatibility with third-party systems or ATS

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CareerZenith will not be liable for employment outcomes, lost opportunities, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Use of the Service is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold CareerZenith, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of intellectual property or rights of others

• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first attempt to be resolved via good faith negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
• The arbitration decision will be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

• CareerZenith may provide notices via email, in-app messages, or posting on the website.
• Users are responsible for keeping contact information up-to-date.

• The Service may contain links to Third-Party Services.
• CareerZenith does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, services, or privacy practices.
• Use of third-party links is at your own risk.

CareerZenith may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
