Shoud I quit my Job ?

Current Situation

• Company: TCS (Prime Role)

• Graduation Year: 2024

• Experience: 2 Years

• Current CTC: ₹10.17 LPA

• Target: Product-based companies

I am fairly confident in my interview preparation, including DSA, System Design, and CS fundamentals. However, I feel that my 90-day notice period is acting as a significant barrier to getting interview calls and progressing with opportunities.

I am considering resigning on August 15th and serving my notice period while actively searching for a new role. My thinking is that as my notice period reduces, I may become more attractive to recruiters and increase my chances of landing interviews with product-based companies.

Given the current hiring market, would this be a sensible decision? Has anyone with a similar experience switched successfully after resigning first? I would appreciate any advice, insights, or experiences you can share.
