Dual Degree Student from IIT KGP non-CS background looking for a switch

I am currently a working professional in an well known EDA company.I have a base of 21 lpa and other perks. Its a good company in terms of work timings and work pressure.But I feel the pay is a bit on lower side.Almost completing a year here.Want to switch to other companies with good base pay.What should I consider or  which companies should I target .Always neglected AI.Is this correct time to switch my Job role to AI ....?
